We would like to say first a big thank you to all you kind people who have been lighting lovely
candles for my Luke, it means a lot to us. I know that some of you have wrote stories to what
happened in the loss of your loved ones, although it has been 10 years since Luke died i still find
it hard to talk about what happened, hence no story. To those who know me they will understand my
reasons, i have so much anger 10 years on i try to put things to the back of my mind. My Luke was
born on the 4th Feb 1998 and died the following day, no explanation from Doctors until 2 days after
he died. They told me he died from an infection called group B strep, meant nothing to me, they told
me he picked it up from me when he came down the birth canal, great they left me devastated and i
felt guilty, but it turned out half the population carry the bug inside of them but it was rare for
babies to die from it, not that rare when i did research into it. Well to cut a long story short, I
know you proberly think i,m mad in saying this but i knew something didnt add up and i seemed to be
getting told this re messages to me from somewhere. I went to see a solititor even though i didnt
know why i was going, but strange enough, on the basis of my so called messages he agreeded to get
Lukes notes from the hospital, it was as if it was meant to be. Lukes notes came back with so many
faults it was upsetting to read what they had done to him, they knew it turned out Luke had the
infection but they filed he's results in someone elses notes, therefore Luke died due to this
fact alone, all he needed if they had the results was antibiotics and he would of been alive today.
They did give him antibiotics in the end a few hours before he died but he needed hours earlier to
have survived and for them to off took effect. I sued the hospital and they accepted Luke died of
negligance but it will never ever bring my boy back, or ever replace my broken in two heart, I love
my Luke more than words can say. ####
Returned to God, to live in heaven to be the little angel he was on our earth...
To good for this world and unable to stay
If only he could stay just one more day
Recalled to heaven, my angel was needed
Please not my Luke, I begged and I pleaded
He is too young and he is mine
He is my world, my bright sunshine
I heard an angel whisper and say
Take my hand young Luke it is your time
You must come this way, you cannot stay
His tiny heart gave a final beat
I will never hear the patters of his tiny feet
My heart is aching, my eyes do weep
Why my darling sweetheart,
Why did you not wake from your sleep?
God had only placed you on loan you was not to keep
I will never again see your beautiful smile
Why I ask god? Why could you not leave him a while?
I am broken hearted, so lost and alone
My darling Luke I need you home.
God’s angels have taken you until we meet again
In a better place, I just don’t know when
My darling Luke, I love you so much
Your stunning eyes, your gentle soft touch
My heart is broken into little bits
I long to kiss your sweet soft lips
I only had you for such a short time
Everyday for you I pine
I don’t understand why god chose to take you away
There was so much I had not done, so much I had to say
So now it is time for us to let go
To say our final goodbyes
I shake and I sob, I ask so many whys
Is there a god, or is he all lies?
So until we meet again little man
Your memories stay in my heart
I close my eyes and remember you
We are never far apart
So for now Ill say goodbye and I love you

To My Dearest Family,
Some things I'd like to say.
But first of all, to let you know,
That I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven.
Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness;
Here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy
Just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I am with you
Every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you
When my life on earth was through.
God picked me up and hugged me
And He said, "I welcome you.
It's good to have you back again,
You were missed while you were gone.

There's so much that we have to do,

God gave me a list of things,
That he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list,
Was to watch and care for you.

When you think of my life on earth,
And all those loving years.

They are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry:
It does relieve the pain.
